Thanks for bringing me back to earth this afternoon Kathryn. It's great to see a new piece from you here.

I experience

connection when I sit in circles, sharing with other people,

shelter when I'm meditating,

abundance when I laugh,

and flow when I dance.

I feel

alive when I ride my single-speed bike,

and curious whenever I remember to really look at what's right in front of me.

I also feel hopeful when I think of the kids at the camp you've just been to!

Beautiful! I totally agree about cycling making you feel alive. You should come and mentor one day. Though as you can see, the kids are really mentoring us...
